*** July / August Application + Units ***

Please double check the listing for the specified move-in date.

Every listing will always state the lease start date at the top info section.

If the listing specifies a May or June move-in / lease start date that means we are NOT ACCEPTING July or August applications (no exceptions).  If you list July or August on your application for a unit with a May/June move-in your application will NOT be reviewed.

Units with June move-ins will start taking August applications for consideration around mid-July if they remain unrented.

Please check back in May-June for additional August units but please note that these units are typically more limited.  75%+ of our units have June lease start dates.
